Remarks

  • 1. Rate shown the above based on per person. All sharing type based on minimum of Adult each Room then following by Child Rate
  • 2. Child rate applied to 4 yrs – 11 yrs old. Kids below 4yrs FOC (infant)
  • 3. All reservation must guarantee with RM200 per person non-refundable & non-transferable deposit.
  • 4. Full Payment shall make 2 weeks (14days) before check in to secure the room, otherwise reservation will auto release without notice and deposit will forfeited.
  • 5. From mid-November through to early February, Tioman sees its monsoon season. During the monsoon season, ferry operations may be canceled by the Marine Department due to poor weather conditions. Aman Tioman Beach Resort Sdn Bhd will not be liable for ferry cancelations. Kindly contact the hotel for more information.

Tourism Tax

From 1st September 2017 the Malaysian government has introduced a mandatory Tourism Tax of MYR 10 per room per night for all hotels in Malaysia. This tax is payable upon arrival or departure at the hotel and is not included in the room rate. Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents check-in with Mycard are exampted from this Tourism Tax.

    • 2. Super Peak Season Charges : RM100 per person based on Seasonal Chart
    • 3. Marine Park Conservation Fund –
      •      -a. RM 5/Adult - Malaysian only RM 3/Child - Malaysian only
    •      -b. RM30/Adult - Foreigner RM15/Child - Foreigner
    • 4. Tourism Tax – Foreigner Only –
    • 5. Ferry Ticket into Tioman Island - RM130 Adult RM120 Child
    • Confirmation are subject to the seat availability and available time slot.
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    • 1. In case of cancellation or reduction in the number of reserved rooms, a written notice must be received and acknowledge by AMAN TIOMAN BEACH RESORT SDN BHD.
    • 2. In the event that written notice is not received within the time limit, the deposit or prepayment will be forfeited automatically.
    • 3. Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as following:
    • a) More than 30 days before arrival deposit forfeited
    • b) 14 days before arrival 50% of the total fare
    • c) Below 14 days before arrival 100 % of total fare
