1. GENERAL TERMS

Your reservation is with Aman Tioman Beach Resort Sdn Bhd. Usage of this website is on condition that you accept without variation. The terms and conditions set out here in which Aman Tioman Beach Resort Sdn Bhd may vary from time to time at its sole discretion with/without notice to you and you acknowledge that the usage of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions in force Aman Tioman Beach Resort Sdn Bhd for the time being as set out herein.

The following terms and conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and Aman Tioman Beach Resort Sdn Bhd.

2. BOOKING

Administration fee for Room booking and Booking confirmation number will be issued to the guest who successfully completes their room booking process.
Kindly provide guest name and NRIC/Passport Number in the 2 weeks prior to departure.
Marine conservation fund on pax account at jetty.
Non-refundable deposit (RM200 per person) shall be paid upon confirmation of reservation.
No refund for any cancellation or amendment after full payment done.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY & CHARGES

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date or failure to arrive at resort, will incur the full period charges, in which considered as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

In case of cancellation or reduction in the number of reserved rooms, a written notice must be received and acknowledged by Aman Tioman Beach Resort Sdn Bhd. In the event that written notice is not received within the time limit, the deposit or Prepayment will be forfeited automatically.

Cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as following:

More than 30 days before departure	20% of total fare or deposit whichever is higher.
14 Days to 29 days before departure	50% of total fare
Under 14 days before departure	100% of total fare
