Your reservation is with Aman Tioman Beach Resort Usage of this website is on condition that you accept without variation. The terms and conditions set out here in which Aman Tioman Beach Resort may vary from time to time at its sole discretion with/without notice to you and you acknowledge that the usage of this website constitutes your agreement to all the terms and conditions in force Aman Tioman Beach Resort for the time being as set out herein.
The following terms and conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and Aman Tioman Beach Resort.
Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date or failure to arrive at resort, will incur the full period charges, in which considered as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
In case of cancellation or reduction in the number of reserved rooms, a written notice must be received and acknowledged by Aman Tioman Beach Resort. In the event that written notice is not received within the time limit, the deposit or Prepayment will be forfeited automatically.
